Estimated delivery timelines are:
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Cities & Towns: 5–8 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
- We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers from time to time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details through your registered email address, SMS, or WhatsApp (where available). You can use the tracking information to monitor the status of your shipment.
Delivery
Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details provided during checkout are accurate and complete. Fashion Urban Riwaz is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
