At Fashion Urban Riwaz, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you need to cancel an order or return a product, please review the policy below.

Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
• To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order details.
• If the cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged or defective.
• You receive the wrong product.
• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The return request is submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
• Have all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
• Be returned in its original condition.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused after delivery.
• Products without original tags or packaging.
• Gift cards or promotional items (if applicable).
• Any products marked as Non-Returnable on the product page.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. If the product is damaged or incorrect, please share clear photographs for verification.
4. Once your request is approved, you will receive further instructions for the return process.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
• If approved, the refund will be initiated using the original payment method.
• Refunds generally take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request an exchange, subject to product availability.

If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or an alternative product of equal value.

Return Shipping

• If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective product), the return shipping cost will be borne by Fashion Urban Riwaz.
• For other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
