CANCELLATION & RETURN POLICY

CANCELLATION

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please contact us at mail@urbanriwaz.com or on WhatsApp at +91 8920120216 with your order number.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered. Returns are not accepted for change of mind, size preference, or slight color variation due to screen settings.

UNBOXING VIDEO IS MANDATORY

To raise a return request, you must record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video while opening the parcel for the first time. The video must show:
– The sealed parcel with the shipping label visible
– The parcel being opened
– The product, including the damage, defect, or wrong item

Please send the video along with clear photos and your order number within 48 hours of delivery to mail@urbanriwaz.com or on WhatsApp. Requests made without an unboxing video, or after 48 hours, may not be accepted.

RETURN CONDITIONS

The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags and packaging. Items showing signs of wear, stains, perfume, alterations, or missing tags will be rejected or may receive only a partial refund.

EXCHANGE
If your request is approved, you can choose an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

REFUNDS
After the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be sent to your bank account or UPI ID.

RETURN SHIPPING
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), Urban Riwaz will bear the return shipping cost.

Q 2: Why is an unboxing video required?
A: The unboxing video helps us verify the issue quickly and process your return or exchange without delay. Return requests without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Q 3: Is delivery really free?
A: Yes. Delivery is free across India. We also offer Cash on Delivery.
